Terms of Use

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

Any user of this website is bound by the following terms and conditions which can be altered at the discretion of VIP Flowers at any time.

Note: If you are under the age of 18, you must use this website with the guidance of a responsible adult.

Some products sold by VIP Flowers contain alcohol. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order containing alcohol and the intended recipient must also be at least 18 to accept delivery.

Mother's Day

Delivery

  • For Metropolitan areas, orders received by 5pm (local time in delivery area) Saturday 7 May for Mother's Day (Sunday 8 May) delivery are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm.
  • For Rural areas, orders to be delivered on Saturday 7 May and Sunday 8 May must be received by 5pm (AEST) Friday 6 May for guaranteed delivery. If delivery cannot be made on Saturday 7 May or Sunday 8 May, the delivery will take place on Monday 9 May, if possible.
  • Orders placed by 2pm (local time in delivery area) between Monday 2 May and Friday 6 May for same day delivery are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses.
  • Orders placed by 10am Saturday 7 May for same day delivery are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm.
  • VIP Flowers cannot guarantee time delivery preferences.
  • VIP Flowers is unable to provide notification to the sender or recipient at the time of delivery.
  • It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to accept delivery. If the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery the flowers will be left at the nominated delivery address unless it is unsafe to do so, or the order contains alcohol. Where an order cannot be left at the delivery address, a calling card will be left and a redelivery fee will be incurred by the customer.

Changes/Cancellations

  • Please make sure all order details are correct at time of ordering.
  • As of 5pm Friday 6 May VIP Flowers is unable to vary or cancel any Mother's Day orders
  • To ensure fresh and quality product, some stems, including Lilies, may be closed when received.
  • Due to high demand, some colours and varieties of flowers may need to be substituted to meet delivery times.
  • Please refer to below conditions for Hampers.

VIP Flowers (TM) is a trademark licensed to Fast Enterprises Pty Ltd, which has registered business premises at Unit 2, 3 Marie Street, Milton, Queensland, Australia. VIP Flowers is an Australian owned and operated company.

VIP Flowers respects the privacy of users of our website. Our privacy policy is available at www.flowers.net.au//PrivacyPolicy.aspx and forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

Feedback

VIP Flowers welcomes all forms of feedback regarding our product, services, website and any other part of our company. Please be aware that any feedback you provide is not considered to be confidential and will become the property of VIP Flowers to use at their liberty.

Ordering Products and Services

You must have a valid credit card that you have full authority to use or transact using PayPal, to place an order with VIP Flowers.

You may place an order through the website or via our call centre by phoning 1300 847 356. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tax invoice or order confirmation that contains your order details to your email address.

Pricing

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

A surcharge of 3.5% is applicable for payments made with American Express credit card

A surcharge of 3% is applied for payments made with Diners Club credit card

After an order is processed for delivery to a regional area, we reserve the right to vary the price and will seek the customer's consent to continue with the increase, or provide a full refund.

Colours and Availability

If specific flowers or products become temporarily unavailable; flower types, packaging or merchandise may need to be substituted to facilitate delivery of your order on time. If it is necessary for a substitution to be made, products of equal or greater value will be used.

To ensure the freshness of our products, Lily stems may be closed when received.

Promotions

Please read the specific conditions that are associated with each promotion, discount or offer that is connected to VIP Flowers.

Delivery

VIP Flowers delivers nationally in Australia and New Zealand for a delivery fee of $10.00. We guarantee that your product will be delivered on the requested day by 5pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses. We also guarantee any purchased timed delivery services. Timed delivery preferences that are not purchased cannot be guaranteed. Please note these times may change for special events such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Delivery surcharges may apply for special event delivery days such as Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.

VIP Flowers will endeavour to deliver the product on the specified delivery day, however will not be responsible for delays that are beyond the control of VIP Flowers. This may include but is not limited to:

  1. The recipient address provided is incorrect,
  2. The contact number provided on the order is incorrect,
  3. The recipient is not present at the delivery address.

Items that contain alcohol cannot be left at a delivery location if a person over the age of 18 is unavailable to receive the order (e.g. The order cannot be left at the front door if nobody is home).

Order Cancellation & Variation Policy

An order can be varied or cancelled with one business days' notice by contacting our customer service centre on 1300 847 356. The amount of your order will then be refunded on your credit card.

Orders cancelled after the one business day notice period cannot be refunded.

Severability

If anything in these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, illegal or void then it is severed and the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain in force.
